If you wish to return a product, please read through the following information and then follow our returns procedure.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
You can return any item bought online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Goods may be returned for the following reasons: items faulty on arrival, items damaged in transit, items which become faulty during the warranty period or items deemed not fit for purpose.
All goods will be inspected on return prior to a refund being issued.
Wherever possible, returned items should include tags and any original packaging.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may reject the return and send it back to you.
To return an item / order please fill out the returns form provided with your order and include it in the package with the item(s) to be returned. This provides us with details of whether you wish for a refund or replacement and also your address and name details for this to be implemented.
Items should be packaged carefully using original packaging materials where possible to prevent damage in transit. We also recommend using a trackable delivery ‘signed for’ service and that you retain proof of postage. We are unable to process returns until we have received the returned items at our offices.
Please note: items bought online may NOT be returned in store. All returned goods must be sent to the address below.

If you need to return an International item or order, you will be required to pay the full cost of postage; however, if the products were faulty or damaged on arrival to you we will refund the cost of shipping when we process your return. All goods will be inspected on arrival. Wherever possible, returned items should include tags and any original packaging.
