Oval Hairbrush with Wire Pins

An oval hairbrush hand crafted from oiled beechwood and set with 11 rows of flexible, metal wire pins. Good for all hair types but the metal pin construction and broad, oval brush head makes this brush particularly effective with long and thick hair. 23cm long with a flat, gently contoured handle.

Wash hairbrushes in warm, mild soapy water, rinse thoroughly then dry out naturally away from direct heat sources. Never leave wooden hairbrushes to soak in water.

All our hairbrushes are hand crafted from natural materials. Choose the brush most suitable for your hair type and style:
Wooden pins and bristle will not absorb heat during blow drying and are especially good for long and thick hair; metal pins work well for thick, curly and long hair but may absorb heat during styling with a hairdryer.
Softer, light bristle is gentler for sensitive scalps and suits most hair types; stiffer, black boar bristle is good for long hair and thick hair but may be used for all hair types.
Generally, for longer or thicker hair a larger brush head and longer pins or bristles works best, but it is a matter of personal preference. We also offer gentler brushes for children and babies, plus a fibre brush for vegans.

Designed and developed by Redecker in Germany, quality brush manufacturers since 1935, most of our collection is manufactured at the Redecker workshops, although some items require specialist manufacturing processes in other parts of the world.
