With an integral, flat handle, the long, open, scoop 'mouth' with gently curved sides is ideally suited for scooping up both small and larger quantities of precious, coalescent, fragrant spices which often tend to have a very fine, powdery consistency. Hand crafted from untreated beechwood, it measures 11cm long.
